woohoo!
Our book is available for pre-order on amazon.com. it's funny how some things make it seem so much more real.
i'm still catching up after a toothache that turned into last-minute oral surgery last week. honestly, the toothache was worse than losing the molar, and right now, the only bother is a diet that lacks crunchy things. i will survive. i will return emails. i will be saving indefinitely for a dental implant :)

Hey - interesting write-up. For me, I have recently become more into a Paleolithic regimen. It is much more natural and how Mother Nature intended for us to eat. Read up on it sometime and email me what you think. Anyhow... slick blog - I'm subscribed to your feed now so thanks again!

Fantastic post. I am very fond of the design of your site, is this a template thats freely avaliable? I am keen to begin my own website up in a little while so i'm looking into the various options! Should I use Wordpress or Blogengine? Any opinion would be very much prized. Thanks.
