new pattern: november leaves
november leaves is a hat pattern with 2 options to fit an average adult woman's head. there's a beret shape, and also a fitted option. both feature a 4-leaf motif at the side of the head and are quick knits in a worsted-weight yarn. the pattern uses brooklyn tweed shelter, just 1 skein for the fitted version and 2 (you'll only need about 200 yds total) for the beret version. they're both knit densely at 5 sts/inch, so no worries about that little lacy bit giving you the chills. these are really warm hats!
you can find it on ravelry here.
pattern is $5

So pretty! I like that you have both a toque and tam options. I bet is seems so Canadian right there, calling it a toque..

love the hats, love Miss Rae even more. My older cat used to do that all the time when I was trying to photograph FOs. Such a darling face.

It's a lovely hat! I bought the pattern some days ago and I have already knitted a hat for my mother for Christmas. Will make one for myself too, I really like the first one
The little kitten is lucky to have come to you!
